Why is the Insights West Feedback Community closing?

What is LEO?
LEO, short for Leger Opinion, is the largest proprietary panel in Canada. Leger, the largest Canadian-owned survey, market research and analytics company, created it in 2004. On LEO, panelists can complete surveys online, rather than over the phone. Today, the LEO community has over 400,000 members across Canada and the United States. Click here to learn more about LEO.
What will happen to my Insights West Feedback Community points?
As of March 2022, you can no longer redeem your points, however, they will stay in our database. You can convert and transfer them to LEO by following the steps below. You must complete these steps before June 22, 2022. After June 22, you must contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for help converting and transferring your points.
For every point in your Insights West Feedback Community account, you will get 10 LEO points. For example, if you have 200 points in your account, you’ll receive 2,000 LEO points.
If you have a LEO account, your points will be converted to LEO points and transferred to your LEO account. The email you use for your Insights West Feedback Community account must be the same as the email you use for your LEO account for the transfer to be successful.
Please note: If the email you use for your Insights West Feedback Community account is not the same as the one you use for your LEO account, please contact email@example.com so we can help you transfer your points. Please include the email addresses you use for both your accounts.
If you don’t have a LEO account, create one with the email address you use for your Insights West Feedback Community account. Your points will be converted to LEO points and transferred to your LEO account within 24 hours after you create it.

How can I redeem my points on LEO?
To redeem your LEO points for a reward, simply follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your LEO account.
- Click on the Rewards tab and choose the one you want.
- Confirm that you have enough points to claim the reward.
- Review the reward details and click on the plus sign (+) to the right of the Claim section.
- Confirm that your contact information is accurate, complete and up to date. If it is not, click the Edit your information button, followed by the Contact Information button. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
- Go back to the Rewards tab, click on the reward you want again, and confirm that your contact information is up to date in the Claim section.
- Complete the 2-step verification and acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on the Confirm and Claim button.
How many points can I earn on LEO?
All your available surveys can be found in the Surveys section of your To Do Today page on LEO. The amount of LEO points you will receive for completing each survey is indicated to the right of the LEO logo in the survey information section.
Surveys are sent to panelists whose demographics match study requirements. You may therefore receive a few surveys on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis, depending on current needs and the number of times your profile matches the one we are looking for in our surveys.
Do LEO points expire?
On LEO, your LEO points never expire. You can redeem them at your convenience.
Will the quarterly draw continue?
As of March 2022, there will no longer be a quarterly draw. Instead, you’ll be able to enter LEO’s contests for a chance to win many different prizes. Click here to see the current and previous LEO contests.
